The Tobin Project is now accepting applications for two programs: the Graduate Fellowship and Workshop and the Prospectus Development Workshop.
For the Graduate Fellowship and Workshop, we seek applications from doctoral and professional students currently undertaking research on real-world problems related to the Tobin Project’s core research areas. The program will support students with small research grants and a two-day workshop in which students can share and develop their research-in-progress with the Tobin Project staff and other fellowship recipients. We are especially interested in supporting innovative, interdisciplinary research that addresses major challenges facing society.

For the Prospectus Development Workshop, we seek applications from doctoral students who are currently developing research questions and aiming to produce high-impact social science research related to the Tobin Project’s core research areas. The Workshop brings together a small group of graduate students in the early stages of research development as well as Tobin staff and discussants from the Tobin network for a weekend of critical and creative discussion. The workshop will be focused on criteria for developing high-impact research questions, and each participant will have the opportunity to present his or her research question for feedback.
